  26.    The A20 must be enabled at all times.  Run the program inside DESQview
  27.    using XDV.COM or use the EXTMEM Qemm parameter to assign a minimum
  28.    amount of extended memory (i.e., EXT=64).  An XMS driver (HIMEM.SYS)
  29.    or VDISK will accomplish the same purpose.
